MY new dell laptop will arrive in a few days! hurray!

Dell is a good product and should last you a long time if you take very good care of it. This is my second Dell and I'm quite happy with its speed and over-all performence. I hope yours does you well.

beh as regards system you can sure you to add all security softwares you need normally to stay protected and also clean sometimes your pc from all things or traces that they are not useful for your system too or even a registry cleaner normally is good choice!! For the hardware just take care about it and so not many incidents eheh and i think everything wil be good and your pc should have a long life as well!!

I don't know what is the best way to keep a laptop to live a long life. You simply just take it to do whatever you want it to do, and don't download too much of those junk stuff from internet. To avoid virus attack, keep the firewall on all the time, and you might keep your laptop safe for while. But keep coming back to mylot and have a great discussion here with us.

well make sure you don't drop it or anything and of course don't go to any dangerous sites. Also make sure your firewall is always on and get a anti virus system. I like norton the best because they also have free option. The only thing I hate about new computers is that it takes like the entire day to set up.
