Do you ever ask questions to Cha Cha?

I just asked my first question to Cha Cha a few days ago, via my phone. I found out my friend uses them constantly - so I decided to give it a try. I asked for the lyrics to a song..And they sent it to me in 8 (yes..EIGHT!) different text messages. I'm guessing just because it couldn't all fit in one, but jeez! Have you ever asked them a question? If so, what did you ask, why, and how did it turn out? What's your general opinion of Cha Cha, from a "customer" point of view?
