According to the Journal of American medicine," Goat's milk is the most complete food known" It contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, protein, etcs. Goat's milk is a very good source of calcium & protein. Is anyone of you feeding your baby or toddler with goat's milk. How does it taste and does it taste like cow's milk?
Appreciated your sharing. Have a nice day!

it taste different from cow's milk but i can't tell the difference, you would have to try it out for yourself.
goats' milk is better than cow's milk that is for sure but it comes with a higher price tag. in my country is double the price and half the size of ordinary cow's milk.

I never even heard of anyone selling goat's milk, i know i never see it in winndixie or wallmart. I don't even think they sell it where i live, but any way i never drink goat's milk. I don't know if it's good or bad for you but, i'd rather stick with and drink regular old cow's milk, especially the high fat kind, i don't like low fat foods or drinks.

I don't know about the most complete food - perhaps for baby goats!
We do have goat's milk at home. Cow's milk is mucous forming so we avoid it for that reason.
It tastes slightly different to cows milk, I prefer the taste. If you were having it in coffee or on cereal, etc, you might not particularly notice but you would if you drank it neat.

I never drink before. I heard that it smell not so good. However, it is full of nutrition that much more better than cow's milk. Goat milk could used to make skin care product due to its high rich of vitamins and minerals. I would like to drink if i get the chance.

One more thing, the smell is quite not really good when it is already mix in water and the taste, not very tasty. to describe the taste more, its more likely less sweet than the normal cow's milk. but babies with allergies, will drink that. as our pedia has told us, allergic babies has more sense of smell as to what is good for them

Hi. my baby had been hospitalized when he was still 1.5 month old simply because, I was not aware that his father has a milk allergy. My baby is allergic to cow's milk as well as soy milk. That's why, he was prescribed under Goat's milk. In my own experience, Goat's milk is for babies that has high allergy to other milk because as you have research this milk is pure as you can say. That's why allergic baby can get along with Goat's milk. It doesnt have much % of vitamins as for cow's milk or soy milk but it's definitely not dangerous as other claims. Coz my baby is healthy and not very sickly. But I also believe that you should consult your pediatrician first before, giving it to your baby, as it is written in mostly goat's milk can.

My mom once forced me to try to drink goat's milk ( You just simply can't say no to moms eh? ) and i must say I DON'T LIKE THE SMELL but then after i know that goat's milk could help prevent diseases such as anemia (I'm anemic) and bone demineralization and plus plus more benefits than cow's milk, i just trick it out by adding flavours to the milk like coffee or add a drop of vanilla and make it a smoothies with fresh berries, etc it taste much much better rather the non-flavored
so i totally recommend you to drink some and trick it out if your a non smelly drinker and eater like me.
Got milk? lol
