The miracle in Mark 8:28 tell us the the story when Jesus lead the blind man outside the village, and Jesus spitted on his eyes and put His hand on him. The blind man can see!!!
Why Jesus use his spit?

Greetings royirawan. The Holy Bible does not tell us why directly. However, one clue is (keeping in mind that both Jesus and the man healed were Jewish--at least I would assume the man healed was Jewish) that if a Jew were to be spat upon, or touch spit, under the Jewish Law they would be declare ceremonial unclean. However, Jesus spits, makes clay or mud with it, and places it on the man's eyes and the man is healed. This would be a clear cut indicator to other Jews who would be observing, or who would later read the account, that Jesus was the Christ (the Anointed One), that He was truly Holy and the Son of God.
