the only way i know is to take that pill on the medicine cabinet. but never tried any natural remedies that work. this just popped up in my mind right now. have you thought of this before?

i know what you mean sometimes, but i do believe when i take a warm bath it tends to relax my head. so long as i go to sleep afterwards i'm good. i don't think about the other ones. like drinking coffee, but its hard for me cause i don't like coffee. but i'll drink tea but i don't think the tea is strong enough. and then they say to massage my temple and my neck and the base of my head, but none of that works for me. but the quickest way is to take the pill.

Coffee and tea may be the cause of your headaches. Too much of it will bring on headaches. My husband gets migraines all the time, and he massages his temples with lavendar oil. We also use a vitamin called MSM. that works as well.

Very strong and hot cup of tea with 3 teaspoon of sugar and a bit of lemon. That is good for me.
