Do u skip your breakfast some day?

Dear friends, It is said that breakfast is must in our daily routine. If also we skip our lunch or dinner never skip your breakfast. Your breakfast should be like king, lunch should be like prince and dinner should be like begger i.e eat very light and less before going to bed but usually people do reverse of this . Whole day in haste they skip their breakfast and lunch and at the end of day take plenty of food and then sleep. This is harmful for health. Breakfast is essential after a fast of whole night and it gives all the strength for the whole day. Whether u skip your breakfast. Please share. Have a nice day.

hi,bhargav,many times,i skied breakfast..sometimes,when i want to go tour,i start after early lunch..sometimes,if i had coffee more times,i directly go for lunch..

Dear friend, thanx for your prompt response. If u take lunch early it is well and good. empty stomach is a problem but if u take anything it is ok.

I don{t follow those rules. I´m not usually much hungry at breakfast so I nibble a bit of bread with something on it, have a couple of mugs of coffee to wake up and that´s it.

I never skip breakfast. When I was younger in my twentys yes I did. In the past 20 years I have definitely eaten breakfast everyday. Usually 5 days will be dry cereal with fruit and a cup of tea. On Saturday and Sundays it will be pancakes one day and bacon and eggs another. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so its good to eat it everyday.

I don't skip breakfast.it is the very important meal for me.I can't function well when I didn't eat breakfast.sometimes,when I get to the office,my stomach will growl with hunger,even if I ate breakfast.I will feel weak when I don't eat breakfast.

Hi
I am not skipping breakfast now as i faced certain problems because of not eating at proper time. Previously while in college i never used to take breakfast sometimes even lunch. The result i fell seriously ill and anemic .so after that i started eating properly and regained my health and still continue.

You're right. Breakfast is important to have everyday. But sometimes we dont have the time to sit down and eat a bowl of cereal or toast. Normally for me, its just coffee on the road. I eat an early lunch anyway.
