How long have you been far away from home?

Half year. In S.Korea, now. I want to come back to Tsingtao. And ``` I want to live Chinese life.

hello niuniu! i have been away from my parents home since my husband was assigned here in the province far from my hometown...and its been 4 years and 4 months now! huh! on the first year that i am away from them, i really feel homesick and i really feel sad and always miss them, coz that's the first time i've been away to them... but thanks to cellphones! i was able to talk and text them anytime i want...and it somehow ease the homesickness and sadness that i feel... but now, i get used to it, and what i just do now is continue communicating with them regularly and the feeling is just like we are just near to each other and i am happy that even once a year, i can mange to visit them and stay with them even for a week... i think they can be happy even we are far from them as long as we are still communicating with them and on my part i still help them in whatever they need to the best that i can... have a nice day!

ive been far from home for more than 10 years now. though i see them but not my parents as they live in the province and since i started working after college i didnt visit them yet.

Hi. I've been away from home since I was sixteen - almost thirteen years ago. I wen to the city to study college. The place is very far from our province. So I just visit my family in the province once a year. I call them from time to time or during their birthdays. I believe that my family is happy knowing that I am safe all the time.
