What software do you use when you create a website or blog?

I mean, when you create a website, you need some tool to make a website from software from computer or software from website ( like Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft FrontPage, Blogger.com, Wordpress, Joomla, etc. ) For me, i like using a Wordpress because it's easy to use, easy posting, easy using plugin, etc. I have been using a blogger.com and Adobe Dreamweaver. But using Adobe Dreamweaver it's kinda difficult to learn it because i need an advanced knowledge. And using Blogger is easy too, but some of country, they blocked site a blogger.com ( especially for China ). So, that's why, i am using a Wordpress to learn make a website with easily. Anyway, what software do you use when you create a website or blog? I need to know what people usually using software to make a website.
