Hi!
this is my first discussion,
since I like writing and books I thought of starting of with this one!
Now days to publish is very difficult, but I you want there are many sites that give you the oppurtunity to print and sell your own books!
Lillu is one of them, but if you google "print on demand" or "books on demand" you'll end up with quite a lot of good sites and agencies! worth trying!
if you find any list'em here!

I think that you mean Lulu. Lillu is apparently a slang term for a gay person!
There are very many self-publishing companies. They used to be called "vanity publishers" because they were commonly used by rather mediocre authors who had a somewhat inflated idea of their own worth (and money to burn).
It has often been said that if a book is saleable then some publisher is bound to buy it and, if you can't find a publisher, then it is certainly no use paying someone to publish it for you. There has been the occasional exception where an author started off by paying for the publication of their first book and went on to be a best-seller!
I suppose that there are still plenty of authors, like the above, who will continue to pay rather large amounts just to see their darling in print but these days it is a whole lot easier because not only do you not need to make a minimum order of 200 copies, there are plenty of companies which will print, bind and even sell the book for you on a one-off basis. Some will even apply for an ISBN for you so that you can sell the book on Amazon and in regular bookshops.
Here is a good list of the 'top twenty' self-publishing companies with a brief description of each: http://www.cartridgesave.co.uk/news/20-top-print-on-demand-services/
