I've been uninspired lately about what type of food I should cook. I was thinking about making spaghetti but something else. Do you guys know of any unique ways to serve up pasta?

Most anything. Even greens. Just not that into seafood. Right now a recipe with a minimun amount of ingredients. I'm on a tight budget.

here's a simple one that i invented - pasta spirals, spinach lemon juice, feta cheese, black pepper and olive oil (or butter). cook pasta, cook spinach, mix together with oil, add the cheese, lemon juice and pepper to taste. it is about as basic as you can get without just cooking plain pasta and sprinkling cheese on top but tasty.

oh and for a really cheap one use tinned tomatoes and an onion. all you need else are herbs and garlic, but you can add olives/chopped frankfurters (i use veggie ones but it does not matter)/mushrooms/pretty much any veggies you like/veggie mince(or real mince)/chilli/cream cheese/ etc etc depending what you like [perhaps not all at once mind you].

What I enjoy cooking is Chicken Alfredo, actually it is very easy, I buy the penne pasta, some Ragu Alfredo sauce, and some chicken tenderloins. I boil the tenderloins until fully cooked, drain them and dice them into small chunks. Boil your penne, and drain it, then combine the pasta, sauce, and chicken together with a little milk and parmesan. Simple and delicious.
