I dont think we have those fake plants around the house. We used to have them but thinking around the house, I think all of them are real. We only have those small manageable ones inside the house. There are some plants in the living room, dining room, and most of the indoor plants that we have can be found on some of the steps on the stairs. They're to the side of course, out of the way so those who pass through the stairs wont stumble on them.LOL Having indoor plants can be good. It helps give good oxygen in the air.^_^

LOL That sounds quite morbid. But I do know what you mean. Its a good thing that my Mom loves plants, else if I was left alone in the house they would just die on me within a week. With those like us, the best way is to have fake plants that looks real.

Yeah jugs, I have fake flowers as well as plants in my house. Other than the small genuine green leafy plant in the middle of the tabernacle there is another fake plant with lots of small oranges hanging on it. It's on the right edge of the same tabernacle in the inner living room. They make the environment rather decent I have two bouquets of roses in the kitchen. One is paper roses in pink color whereas the other one are in red color made of plastic. Both of them are birthday gifts from my friends. there is one more fake flower on the top of the tv in my bedroom. Happy posting

NO, I do not have fake plants in my apartment. I don't care for artificial plants at all. I see them in the professional offices sometimes and they make the place look cheap. I find myself touching plants sometimes to see if they are real even when they look realistic enough. I see alot of fake flowers used for pen holders too.

Yes, I absolutely have to go up and touch it to see if it is real or fake.

I think there are alot of fake plants that you can get that you can never tell until you have touched them to see if they are real and without touching them you would never know if they were real or the fake type.

We don't have such flowers.. because I think nothing can replace the reality.. and even I will not replace a false for a true...

I have beautiful pink roses in my bathroom. They actually have fake rain drops on them to make them appear to be wet. Pink Roses are my all time favorite flower.

Yes I think they have perfected them so much that sometimes you really can't tell that they are fake.

Hi Jugs, We don't have fake plants in our house right now. What we have are real plants and they're placed outside--in our yard. I am not attracted to fake/plastic plants i still prefer the green and real plants. Refreshing, relaxing and energizing!

Okay. But fresh and real plants give more life and even absorb our negative energies. When our eyes are so tired and strained we just have to look to any color green. The green color of plants and our eyes will feel fresh and recharged again. So, i still go for the real ones.

I find alot of the fake plants do tend to have the dust cling to them and that you can only clean them for soo long before they fall to bits.

I never have fake plants in my house. Not because I don't like them, but they're a pain to clean especially if you live in my country where everything is covered in dust in just a few days. I prefer real plants, but I don't have any indoor plants. I have a lot of orchids.

I must say they are hard to get in all the places on the plant to get them clean all over and if you suffer from asthma it was a good idea to dunk them or leave them in water as that way it soaks the dust off them rather than getting the dust going everywhere for you to breath in.

We do have fake plants in our house. In the living room, in the bedroom and also in the bath room, they are every where. We live in apartment, it is hard to grow real plant nicely inside our home, as no sun light available need for a fresh plant to grow. But my fake plants look real, so I don't have any complain.

My cats uesed to dig all the soil out as well as tip real plants over. With fake ones they tend to play with them or walk past them and if they tip them over they do not make any mess.

That sounds like a good idea.I found that with a fake plant that it was not always easy to keep them dust free and if they were washed all the time they tend to look shabby after a while.

Yes I have fake flowers in my house. I have some in my living room and in my spare bedroom. I like them because I do not have to worry about watering them. You do have to clean them I just take the spray in the kitchen sink and spray the flowers and then place them in my bathtub so they can dry then I put them back where I had them.

We don't! I could just imagine them collecting dust in a corner in one of our rooms. But we do have our Christmas tree already up. Does that count as fake plant?

we dont have any fake plants inside the house, we ont useany. but during christmas season my wife brings out our christmas tree and we use a plastic one that we can reuse it every year. so we use a plastic one only during christmas season. in our country more people use plastic trees than the real tree. if they use real tree they use any plant that they have they ont buy pine tree. i guess pine trees are not seen in our country. i havent seen one har har har.

I have an artificial tree which we use every year and i love it as there is no mess as well as no fuss to put it up or to pack it away. Some people are allergic to the real christmas trees so i tend to stick to the fake one.

I did at one time but they started to seem cluttery so I got rid of them. I do have some silk flowers. I have some really pretty flowers in a Mikas vase on my dining room table that are left there pretty much all the time. I also have a vase with some silk buds that divide the eating are in the kitchen from the family room but that is about it.

There are some real nice looking fake flowers as well as real looking plants that you can get and they all stay looking nice as well.Where as when you buy real flowers and plants they tend to die all the time so to me that is a waste of time and money.

I don't buy any fake flowers and plants. I have seen many who buy them and put them as decorations in the house. It may fake many who will appreciate the looks but they usually ask if it's real and the usual response would be a "no". I like the real plants and flowers, if ever I want to have them at home. I am not satisfied and content with a fake plants and flowers. At home, we have some few flowers and plants outside and it's good sometimes to touch and smell.

I have fake , artificial plants in my house. It was a flowering type. I put them at my guest room. One good thing about these plants are they always flowering in four seasons, all year long. That's a relief because sometimes I don't have time to water them. Insects don't like my plants because they are not sweet. I pity them, but at least they are not making my house as their home. My house looks nice because of my artificial plants. I am planning to buy more and put it in my bed room.
