Don`t you know about value of time?
To realize the value of A DECADE,
ask a newly divorced couple.
To realize the value of FOUR YEAR,
ask one graduate student.
To realize the value of ONE YEAR,
ask a student who has failed his final exam.
To realize the value of ONE MONTHS,
ask a mother who has given birth to a premature baby.
To realize the value of ONE WEEK,
ask an editor of a weekly newspaper.
To realize the value of ONE DAY,
ask a daily wage laborer who has ten kids to feed.
To realize the value of ONE HOUR,
ask the lovers who are waiting to meet each other.
To realize the value of ONE MINUTE,
ask a person who has missed the train.
To realize the value of ONE SECOND,
ask a person who has survived an accident.
To realize the value of ONE MILLISECOND,
ask the person who has won a silver medal in the Olympics.

Hi azazel: I have read this kind of reflection before and i find it very interesting, the way it shows us that even the most insignificant periods of time for someones are very important for a person that really need them for their health or for their own sake. This makes me think about the way we can make this time a good moment for ourselves and those we love. Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day.

Got this beautiful story to complement your discussion:
"ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD"
While at the park one day, a woman sat down next to a man on a bench near a playground. "That's my son over there," she said, pointing to a little boy in a red sweater who was gliding down the slide.
"He's a fine looking boy," the man said. "That's my son on the swing in the blue sweater." Then, looking at his watch, he called to his son. "What do you say we go, Todd?"
Todd pleaded, "Just one more minute, Dad. Please? Just one more minute." The man nodded and Todd continued to swing to his heart's content.
Minutes passed and the father stood and called again to his son. "Time to go now?"
Again Todd pleaded, "one more minute, Dad. Just one more minute." The man smiled and said, "Okay."
"My, you certainly are a patient father," the woman responded.
The man smiled and then said, "My older son Tommy was killed by a drunk driver last year while he was riding his bike near here. I never spent much time with Tommy and now I'd give anything for just one more minute with him. I've vowed not to make the same mistake with Todd.
"He thinks he has one more minute to swing. The truth is . . . I get one more minute to watch him play."

Hey, thanks for sharing the story. Sometime, we are too caught up in our own world that we forgot the most important things that are around us. Hope we can learn from that story. :)

one minute is enough for me to gargle my mouthwash...lol!
reply to a message in my cellphone...
to drink water...
to sing a chorus from my favorite song...
to reminisce the unforgettable moment...
and to respond to this discussion.

Hi, rahularya. I can laugh in one minute. I can write an complete sentence in one minute. I can tie both of my shoe laces in one minute. I can heat food in the microwave in on minute. I can give directions and instructions in one minute. I can walk and run in one minute. I can give someone an comment or compliment in one minute. I can draw a small picture in one minute. I can do many things in one minute. It may be a very short minute but I can sure get a lot done in one minute. It is not a minute that I would like to waste.

One minute is sixty seconds. We can take sixty seconds for granted (like most people don't think much of sixty seconds), or we can make the most out of sixty seconds of the sixty minutes of each hour every day.

Hi rahularya: it would be a lie id i would tell that every minute in my lefe it's the same important but i value the power of the time. Even a minute it's important, with an only minute the world has been changed by people, if you commit a mistake just in a minute this could change the way of your life so there's no doubt that even a minute or a second can be the most important moment in our lifes. Thanks for making this phylosophic question, it's very interesting. Have a nice day. Alvaro.

mmmm, I am 40 but I still miss my mom. I am busy and she is also very busy. So I will use that 1 minute call her, say hello just to make sure is okay. Yeah, that will make both of us happy, not for 1 minute but for the rest of the day. YAY!

In our life not minute every sec is very precious. IT just take one minute/sec to build up our world also to destroy all.We live so many minutes in our life but dont able to remember all or describe all.. but in those minutes in which happen something( sad/happy movement) which is unexpected by us , they will stay in our memory whole life Like Some people(inclde me) spend their max part of life in waiting for someone/something(may be for achievement/person/thing whom we love most) and suddenly one day we get it with in minute( most happiest Minute of LIfe) also possible we will lost every thing with in minute( most painful minte of life)...( some minutes having their own story happy/sad)
take care
