Im a firm believer in falling in like before falling in love. Falling in love is an amazing feeling that is deff worth waiting for. Before you experience love you have to fall in like. Falling in like can happen faster then you expect, but falling in love takes time. You have to start out somewhere. I just went on a first date last night and with how sweet he was I know ive already fallen in like.

I suppose you are right about falling in like... but this shouldn't ever be confused with love. Which, in my opinion, happens way too often. I think parents are right when they say "you don't know what love is". I remember my parents saying this to me all the time when I was young and I would get so irritated! All I could think was Yes I do! YOU don't know what love is. BUT I think there is a million different kinds of love and my parents were right in that I didn't know the kind of love I claimed to know at the time. You just have to be careful. There is nothing wrong with falling in like. In fact, fall in like with everyone... that's ok and maybe the world would be a little better if we all did the same. Just make sure you are careful when you fall in love. Try to remember that love is a wonderful thing and not something that should put you down. Everyone says that love hurts but that's not true. Loneliness hurts. Rejection hurts. Losing someone hurts. People will often confuse these with love but in reality love is the only thing in this world that covers up all the pain and makes us feel wonderful again. Good luck with the sweetie! I hope falling in like brings you to love. :)

If this guy continues to be as sweet as he was last night then im sure falling in like would turn into more. Im nervous about the idea that I could fall for someone but my heart and mind are open. Right now falling in like feels really good though.
