I haven't watched Zombieland yet as I'm not such a fan of zombie movies. It's like when you watch a zombie movie, you too become like a zombie meaning you too lose your brain. Most zombie movies are so ridiculous as to become silly instead of scary. I read a review about Zombieland and the reviewer gave me the impression that this movie is funny instead of scary. Is it really funny?

Well, I guess how funny it depends on what you personally find funny. My family thought it was hilarious... but the jokes do tend to be on the juvenile side. It definitely isn't a movie where you will learn anything! But, if you are in the mood for something fun and you don't mind zombies... it is worth it.

That is so funny. I actually posted almost the same question about a month ago as our family was going through a zombie phase. We watched several of the old zombie movies from the 80's. Most of them were so stupid. We did finally watch one that was not too bad, but the humans had no chance. I have heard that Zombieland is really good. We will see it eventually. Usually I like Zombie movies because they are so bad they are funny. "Send more paramedics."

Some of em', I don't really like gory ones and those filled with cheap scare tactics. The only series that I've watched so far that I consider being 'good' is the 28 Days/Weeks Later. THAT movie sir, is freaking awesome. At least the cause of the apocalypse is acceptable (by me, anyways), a virus that causes rage to those infected. They announced that there will be 28 Months Later, can't wait!
