Google Personalized Search is now made better to everyone

Yesterday google announced the new Personalized Searching for everyone including signed-out users. Previously google provided this only for those who enabled web history in their google account. But now they bring customized search results based on past 180 days search history by the use of an anonymous cookie in our browsers. Please share your thoughts about this new feature.
