Anyone knows how to shake off the fat in legs and back?

It's very rigid to lose weight. And i hear that it is harder to shake off the fat in your legs and back.
so, i hope someone may know the rope and give me some hint.

First of all, throw out all of your sugar such as chocolate and candy. When you drink milk, avoid putting too much sugar or even abandon it.
Second, walking is a good way to burn fat. When you begin exercise, walk around 10 minutes per day. After you adapt this step, you can try to prolong the duration to 20 minutes or 30 minutes.
