Memories for the future, are you making them now?

Years from now many of us may forget the numbers of date and years due to our failing memories. But we can always remember how we all worked to all the things we'd done and will surely treasure it in times to come. There will be no pictures and videos to look into but we will play them all in our mind's wide screen.
Do you collect memories now to be treasured in the future?

Yes, I do. Even though I may have pictures and videos of the memories which I want to be preserved, I know that they will all fade away in time. Then the only thing left would be my memory and the dozens of little scenes from the film which is my life. I collect memories everyday. When I write. When I hang out with my friends. When I watch my sister's kid. When I go to school. When I spend time with my family. When I do absolutely anything and everything on any given day. I'm making and collecting memories.

After three years since this discussion of mine had started, I do have lots of DVD's packed in my memory cabinet whom I will simply watched when my golden years has arrived. Thank you for responding and I hope that your still around or able to come back here in myLot to share your memory banks.
