Hi, my friends, have you ever attended a recruitment fair which there are a lot of people who are trying their best to look for a better job? Do you think the recruitment is so fierce when compete with others?
As far as I am concerned, i just go to the recruitment today which I want to look for a fuul time job.But I feel it so fierce when getting for the job.Sometiems I feel a little neverous. What about ? Have you ever attended one? How about your feelings?

I've attended one and yes, it is fierce. There are tons upon tons of people just piling up trying to get that one job to keep them stable or get them out of their rut. I always felt nervous when going to a recruitment fair. I always felt like I was inferior to everyone else. It made me discourage and sometimes still does. I've learned not to give up hope though. Someone, somewhere, out there will see you for your potential and not just your resume and will hire you.

Yeah, I feel so agree with you.I feel sometimes it really discourage when attend it. I just want to have someone can employ me immeiately.Happy mylot. I think we can enjoy our job.

I have attended a recruitment fair to employ new staff for our school, but not to look for a job. There were many new graduates there for a job and it was very crowded in the big hall. There were so many applicants that we could choose top ones and we did.
