If in 2012 the world really destruction.

I think the movie has nothing to do with it. The movie is fun to watch and that's pretty much about it. In my opinion, it's more of a misanderstanding.It could be the end of an era. Like the time of medieval time is over. The same goes to 2012. I think the prophecy meant that in 2012, a big change will occur. Could it be a futuristic world? Engineers are working on mortors that uses less fuel more electric. Alot of houses in the west in Canada are using solar panels to make energy instead of using hydroelectricty that pollutes water. I don't think something such as the end of the world will happen.

Don't you think if this was the case the Government would be drastically planning a way to protect themselves and save some people from dying. That way not everything would be lost. No such thing is being done, therefore they are not worried about a silly prophecy and neither should anyone else be. Think of all the other diasaster films there have been such as Day After Tomorrow that showed the world getting destroyed but the only difference is there was no specific date - The knowing - that showed the world getting destroyed but again there was no specific date. How can you really believe a load of people's notions who existed millions of years ago and didn't know anything about the world today. It is pure speculation!

I have heard and read a lot about this but i don't think anything will happen at all. I remember in the US it was a big deal about Y2K (when it went from 1999 to 2000) and on new years eve everyone was freaking out and stuff. I think its silly!

if it happening, i think i'm not included as the passenger of that ship build to sail the tsunami :D (don't know how to have 1 mil euro). so, if that day come, i think i just sit back and relax. sipping my hot coffee and silently pray in my heart, be thankful of the life i've been living.

I can do nothing but laugh on hearing that the world is going to end in 2012. Well, if that is the case, then I really wonder that why this has not been intimated to us some 2 decades ago. Some started rumour that the world would end in 2000 and that is what BIBLE had told and some others have now started spreading the rumour that the world will end soon. If those people are that sure that the worldwould be ending in 2012, then I would request them all to transfer their properties on my name on 21 december 2012. :-).. Have a nice time and great day. I don't think world will destroy, If its gonna happen i am the happiest person in the world. Most of the people under poverty and hunting for food everyday. I am preaying for them to god everyday but half the people in the world very poor in education, wealth, health (Cause by diseases) so many thinks i can say as reason. I like to happen atleast on 2012.

It might be!The Earth's temperature getting Louder and Louder,So If we don't understand and Implement things which should be stopped to survive human beings on this Earth,We Already get signals many a time by nature through Earthquake,Tsunami and also Global warming playing a huge role.So nowadays a meeting has been organised by the ministers of Nepal worrying on the factor of Himalaya's Melting.Yes you're right I have seen 2012 Movie which shows a real complextion of the mother nature's curse over us! So Now is the Time The Humans together have to sacrifice their unstoppable needs and also Automobiles and Chemical Industries should be Banned To Get and maintain a good Healthy Environment. Also Ozone Depletion is also a big Factor Affecting Due to the Gases generated by Heavy Industries,So they should be Banned Too,Otherwise "The END IS NEAR".

Earth definitely 'll not end in a specific date. So many predictions about end of days gone poof before, but this 2012 alaram 'll make a hype among people because of 1.Mayan civilization calendar coming to end. 2.Nostradamus predictions 3.Sun solar cycle is coming to end by december,2012 4.Our universe is coming to the galactic alignment of our galaxy hence there may be a chance of pole shifts.But for earth to take a pole shift 'll take years and so lets relax ourselves and enjoy life and don care about these things.
