Do you watch the weather report before you start your day?

Even though the weather on a particular day has a lot to do with our routine in a day, there are places where it is not given the importance as it is done in most of the European countries. How important do you feel is the weather of the day and how do you brace yourself to face it today?

Most of the time I'm not watch the weather report...cuz I'm living in the college and it's not a big trouble for me to running in the rain or the snow...
