How to make your parents proud?

Many of us wanted to make our parents really proud on who we are and let them know what we can do to principally improve ourselves. To please them is an accomplishment that is worth to cherish. I am very fortunate because my parents are both understanding and supportive. They make me feel that I am special and one of a kind. We are four but each of us is given a fair and just treatment. No one is superior nor inferior. In return, everyday in my life I value their advice and constructive cristicms for me to reach my dreams and aspirations with their supervision. My mom who is quite pious has influenced me a lot. That whenever your feeling down or depress of something do not hesitate to pray to God, for he answers and helps you all the way.
To make them proud is to listen to them all the time. Ask always their opinions. Don't leave apart from their outpouring love and support. Make them feel each day that we love them with all our hearth and soul. Study hard for it is the most precious gift to commensurate all her generosity and kindness.

Welcome to mylot. You can make you parents proud by focusing on your studies and being able to graduate, land a job and establish a good name for yourself. Parents are so proud seeing their child grows and develop to be a mature and better person. Someone so responsible, dependable and helpful to people. Another thing is, if the child was able to internalize values taught at home and in the school that makes him a great child, person that he/she can be!

First of all, we need to know our responsible to our parents. If we are study, we make sure we did our best in academic. We no need to be a top student or what, just that we make sure we try our best in study. As the time we have our own career, make sure take good care of our parents but not abandoned them. Give them a comfortable and happy life. Respect them in all the way. Sometime they will object what we going to do, but try listen to their opinion and try negotiate with them properly. Respect and love them for every single moments.

Making my parents proud is one of my destiny. However, they have been providing me with all what I need. Sometimes, it is very difficult for me to realize what we actually do to make them proud of me. Money ? Who doesn't need that? Nobody. But will money make my parents so-called-proud of me ? I don't always think so. Sometimes I really want to ask my parents 'What do you want me to be?' but everytime I try my best to do so I just slipped away and think not to try again. I have a belief that parents would be proud of their children whenever the children become whatever the parents want them to be, not because of how much money they have.

I think that making my parents proud is a lot more than just listening to them. It is also showing them, through me actions in life, that I retained all of those lessons, both spoken and silent, that they taught me. I know when it comes to my kids making me proud, all they have to do is show me that they have listened to and retained those things I have been teaching them. It makese me very proud when my kids show compassion, when they use their manners, things like that. Most parents want their child to succeed in life, but deep down, sucess is not the root of what makes us proud of our kids.

I love my parents so much and they love me, sometimes they want from me to do something they want but in most of situation they give me full free. I don`t want to make my parents proud of me. Or I just don`t care. The only think I want is to live my live the way i want because i know everything else wont be good for me. i have seen people who do things because of parents proud and in the end this person is not happy. The only way of happiness is to see world the way you what to see it, to love the way you want to love, to do thinks you want to do, to believe in thinks that you believe.
