I hear of side effect of allopathic drugs which sometimes could be irreversible. Should not the doctors explain the dangers of taking certain drugs and also why do their prescribe such drugs knowing how harmful they are? I believe in a holistic approach to healthy living which includes homoeopathy, reiki, yoga, meditation and ofcourse allopathy but I go to the Net and find out all about the medicines that my doctor prescribes!!

My mother is sixty years old. Due to her age she sometimes comes up with troubles that need medication. Now for blood pressure she used to take these allopathy tablets that did not suit her very well. So she went to a homeopathy doctor who gives 'German medicines' instead of locally manufactured ones. He is slightly expensive but he has got my mother's blood pressure down so well that my mother no longer takes allopathy medicine!! Also it suits her very well even though it is a little slow to act. Now all of us have shifted to homeopathy and I am sure that mother will live long and healthy because of the medicine.Try it if you can and also if you have the patience.I feel that there is nothing better than it.

I totally believe in homoeopathy and no day goes without my having connected to the Net studying this subject. I have a whole lot of medicines with me and this guy who sells stuff is also a doctor. But there are times allopathy is the only solution and when this happens I take allopathy but side by side I take my homoeopathy too which subdues the side effects of allopathic medicines.

Yes you are right, these medicines that have instant effect has side effects, the doctors who practice should tell us, but if they tell they will be closing their shops, well it is certainly better to go for the complimentary treatments which you have mentioned here..
Thanks for sharing.
Welcome always.
Cheers.

I agree, you should know the side effects, especially if they are irreversible. When you can avoid these medicines, do it. But if you can't avoid them, and you have to use medicines, I can only recommend to gather as much information as possible and check out if you still want to risk it. Don't depend only on the doctors..
