instead of vanilla ice cream my recipe became vanilla ice candy. .

I tried making my home made ice cream. I put some cream and milk in it. some salt sugar and flavoring. But when i tried freeing it up. Instead of making ice cream, I made ICE CANDY.. What did I do wrong? Can anyone give me some tips?

I dont know if I am right but I remember my mom before that she is using the eggwhite and she mixed it until stiffed then she mixed all the ingredients before putting it in the fridge.

Hmmm I wonder what you mean by stiff? Eggwhite becoming stiff? I still want to make my home made ice cream. Hehehe

Hmm yeah \. I think we have to continually steer the mixture up while it freeze? But the problem is HOW? hehehehe Unless I have some expensive freezing machine hehee.

you could have added much water.hehehe. anyway nice try. there are so many how to do's in the internet now. specially in youtube. just type it in the search bar. then youre off to go. goodluck
