Safest Diet Pills/Supplements for a Boost in Weight Loss?

I am trying to loose weight, and have been eating well and exercising, as well as staying hydrated and making sure that my input is less than my output. However, I have some stubborn pounds that just won't come off, and I was hoping for suggestions on herbal supplements or safe diet pills that will work to help me boost my weight loss.
Any ideas? If you've tried any that have or have not worked, I'd like to hear about it. Thanks!

Have you tried Ali. I know some people who have had success with that. But you should only start taking it on a day when you can afford to stay home for the first day or two because in most people it makes them go to the bathroom a lot. The less fat you eat on Ali the better for you. The more fat you eat the more uncomfortable you will be so it helps you have more discipline, but it is safe.

At first stop to be in stress. Because your boddy is in stress too and all time think how don't lose weight. At first find activities what you like the most: walking, dancing, gym. And start to do this a little eveyr day.Then step by step more.:) And after 6 months you will have results!!

No diet pills are safe for ultimate weight loss unless you intend on staying on them forever. Green Tea is a very effective way of shedding some pounds also works as a great antioxidant,Fiber filled food should also help to keep you satisfied in between. Chromium 200 micro's to 800 is as safe as water.Water before meals not with will help you to feel a bit fuller and not eat as much.Stay away from the food table at holiday events ,get what you want but standing there picking will have adverse effects. If you don't exercise its time to start even as little as 15 minutes a day no one who struggles with weight loss can take it off without it.Cut out the breads and spreads too... Good Luck to you
