What do you say when kids start cussing up a storm?

While hanging out with my sister at an indoor soccer game watching my dad play, we witnessed one of the most awful act known to man kind. All the players children were sitting with us on the bleachers and every time there was something excited going on on the field the kids began to scream obscenities. When I say kids, I mean kids, like no older than eight years old just shouting "Fu-- this, Fu-- that!" "Oh sh--, oh sh--." While in their excitement, one looked over to where I was sitting. I just gave him a straight face and shook it "no" a couple of times. Shame overcame him for about a split second and then it was gone. He and the others continued. Then out team scored a goal. The children began to cheer. a couple of them stood on the bleachers and began to stomp on them. One of the kids next to me began to do it as well. I turned around and said, "knock it off. go bang and yell somewhere else." I had said it loud enough for all of them to hear me. Most of them walked off whispering death wishes for me under their breath.
Really I could care less about what these kids were doing, because I know that most of it is not their fault. The ones to blame here are the parents. How can you not say anything as a parent? Because believe me, there was a couple of parents that were proud of this behavior. I just think that it takes a village to raise a child, and lately everyone has kinda given up. They aren't even really children anymore. They are computer screens and cell phones walking around believing that the world revolves around them.
What do you think, reprimand children in public, or look in discuss the other way and wait until one of the same hoodlums steels you car?

Hi, aperez. This is totally uncalled for. My daughter likes to say a bad word a lot too. Me and my husband constantly get on her about this. We just don't allow her to say these bad words and get away with it. If I heard kids like that cussing, I would just tell them that they should not be saying bad words. I could not just sit by and watch them talk like this in this manner. I would have to say something to them.
