Do you feel guilty if you sit around the house all day and do absolutely nothing?

Not so much guilty as i feel unconstructive, i love having plenty of time and not having much to do as i have right now, hey i deserve it, i was busy taking care of my parents when they were sick, and i didn't have much time for anything elese. But i always try to find something constructive to do online, i don't really like doing absolutely nothing all day, i always have something to do, even if its just reading.

Absolutely not. Those times are so rare, I consider it a blessing when the opportunity arises. I thoroughly enjoy those days. They are special ocassions to be cherished. In fact, you are not doing "nothing" you are refueling and regrouping. If it doesn't happen for you, you need to plan a "do nothing" day. Everyone should have one at least once or twice a year.
