I am easily irritated with....

What irritates me most? Hmm... So many things come to mind! Just kidding. The thing that irritates me most is when people are rude. I do not see the point in being rude... ever! Where does being a jerk to someone ever get you anywhere?? I'll be honest with you - I am a customer serivce manager and I hear complaint after complaint on a daily basis. If someone calls in and needs something from my company and they are nice... I will help them 100% of the time. If I answer the phone and someone immediately starts screaming, yelling, being impatient or rude, etc. I do not make any more effort than the bare minimum to help them. What is the point in being rude?? Why would anyone want to purposely show everyone how horrible they can ultimately be? I just don't understand. I don't think I have a bigger pet peive or something that could irritate me more than when someone is being rude. Don't get me wrong... I absolutely hate it when someone is rude to me but if I am around someone that is being rude to someone else... well that is just as annoying and irritating. I'm not sure if there is a bigger turn off for me then when I hear someone being rude, especially for no reason. I really feel that everyone should try a littler harder to be polite and cut out the unnecessary rudeness that contaiminates our daily lives.
