treat unjustly

..yeah.. I did experience this and I was very very hurt.. I look up to this heads as models of good attitude.. however, I was proven wrong when I saw how obvious they treat their employees or subordinates very unjustly.. they treat someone with more favor than me.. I was hoping they would be considerate to everybody but i found out they're not.. I guess this is how life is.. we always expect the unexpected..
