I seem to attract women who are wither crazy or manipulative

i never find out about this until we have been together for 3+ months ,and then one of us always ends it .I am not talking about girls who just have "issues" like everyone has issues-there is a strong tendency for me to attract girls with bipolar and anorexia (usually both together ) who refuse treatment ;or if they dont have that ,they end up being gold-diggers who want to control every aspect of my life and turn me against my family. This has gone on for my entire dating career. Any advice on attracting normal girls ?They dont need to be especially beautiful or brilliant--just above average and same.
