When these problems let me down I usually just cry until I feel better or listen to music. If it cause me anger I usually just yell at the person or go to my room and punch my bear.

I have problems very regularly. I believe that the only solution of forgetting or finding a solution to a bad thing that has happend to you is by doing something that will make you happy like watching a comedy film, or play a sport or take a walk. Obviously, every person has his own method of dealing with problems, but doing something that makes you happy really works for me. However, when I want to let off stress, I would usually play a game that requires shooting people, or fighting, it defenetly helps me.

Well, lets face it. Bad times are not so easy to get through. You just feel low and it's hard to comprehend matters that are just not going the way you would want them to be.
I have had to face a lot of situations that are like that and tell you the truth, again, it's just not easy.
But what I try to do is to be strong and keep the energy to face the things as they are. I like to work for a solution rather than sit around and do nothing. Because sitting around just isn't going to get you anywhere. Working for a solution might.
Some problems just don't have solutions. That's alright, you just have to get over it and start a new page in your life. That's it.
Hope for the best. :)
