hi there! Well, for me the music that makes me relax is acoustic music. Whenever I am having a bad day I like to listen to my favorite acoustic songs, sometimes I do listen to country music.

On a regular day, I'd be listening to rock, rnb, club or pop. But on those days when it feels like the whole world is conspiring against me, I shift to a much more slower genre. I have this playlist of soft music that I usually listen to in the shower. They're good for rainy days when you just want to lay in bed and watch the rain drops pelt on your window. This same playlist helps on those bad days too. It's the soothing voices of the musicians that help.
It doesn't work for all bad days though. That usually works for "general" bad days. But for when I'm heartbroken, I have one specific song that I repeat over and over again to make me feel better.
What are you suffering from? Maybe I can help you find some music. :)

Yes, I agree that orchestra or instrumental music always makes my day better and calmer. Thanks for sharing

If I want to relax, I listen to God is and Astronaut, they're instrumental, and very soothing and relaxing (I listen to them before I sleep). However, if I'm pissed of or depressed, there is nothing like some good old pop punk to cheer me up. Try the Bouncing Souls, Saves the Day, or Blink 182. They always cheer me up when I'm down. Hope this helped. Cheers!
