Water is very good for our health. Drinking water lowers the risks of heart attack. It clears up the skin and gives it a healthy glow. Our digestive system needs water to digest food properly. Water is used by the body to flush out toxins and waste products from the body. But unfortunately we don't realise the utilities of drinking water and end up having cups of coffee,juices,alcohols and tea.

yea, sometimes, we do water therapy to heal ourselfs from coughs and colds. when we take a bath, we need water, when we brush, we also need water, when we drink, we need water, and when there is fire, fe need water to put it out! simply, water is a good thing and MOST important thing on earth. happy holidays!

Hi. My doctors have advised me to drink plenty of water everyday to prevent sickness. I develop allergies on medications even for pain relievers. This is why my doctors would always check on my water drinking habit. They just ask me to drink plenty water whenever I have mild headaches.

hi,ashabasu,you said it,water is very important for us and i know we had to drink 8 cups of water at least every day.i only like drinking water,black tea and aren't interested in coffee and juices
