Were you able to express your Love to your FIRST LOVE?

When Love comes to your life everything changes.You change the way you dress,the way you talk everything.There is a whole new spirit in you.But were you able to express your feelings to the one who taught you what love was?All the courage slips down when we try to express our feelings to the one who makes butterfly in our stomach for the first time.How was your first love and did you get to say to him/her that you loved her/him?

I think my first idea of what love is was when I was in college. I had high school boyfriends that I told I loved them, and I think I loved them as much as I was capable of at the time, but I didn't know what love was or what it involved at the time. When I was in college, I think that was my first time that I learned what it meant to actually love and show love. I was still very selfish, though, and sometimes I think that is something you don't grow out of until you're ready. When I met my current boyfriend, that is when I was able to love deeply and selflessly and he sees that. I am able to do that and also show it now.
