Do you have a Pet Name?

hi arunmails, i have nick name of chinni(which means small,in telugu). my parents will call with this nick name and still now they call me like that only and my sis and brother and many relatives ,will also call me like that only till now .in my house, i only have nick name . after my marriage,my husband is calling me bujji(which is also called small) and i never rejected that. in my small days my grandfather called me sidhi which i didn't like in those days.

well my parents used to call me "Öcsi" (it's a hungarian word for little brother) when i was young and my classmates used to call me "Dzit" (it means nothing in hungarian..:D) in the high school.. the name Öcsi is still nowadays in use..:)

Hi arun, Can you really enjoy the pet name 'eli'(In malayalam also the same word is using). I don't think I will enjoy these kinds of pet names, but it seems you are enjoying. I really appreciate your broad minded attitude. On quarrel my brother used to call me some names, I don’t think I can call it as pet names but no longer, he is calling like that it was the case of our childhood. I had some beautiful pet names our neighborhood people and some elder ones used to call.

Yep, I have a few pet names but only few people call me those kinds of pet names. These would be the closest to me to know them. However, I used one pet name and combined it with a name that I like. I then made it into my username.^_^ So most of my myLot friends call me by that pet name which became a nickname in the long run.^_^ You do have a lot of pet names and its nice that you like each and everyone of them. It could be an inside joke between you and your friends as to the meaning and the history of each of those names.

I do have a couple of nicknames, My papa calls my Rosie because my middle name is Rose Some of my friends call me kk, katieeeeeeeeeeeeeee - drawn out e haha snugglebum was a favorite of one of my ex's snicklefritz from my mom

Pet names, nick names, whatever you want to call them, I've a ton of them. Some of them date back to when I was a child like Doodle and Doorah and even Sissy. I don't know where any of those came from because I had those nicknames for as log as I can remember. Now the ones that I hear the most often are Ran and Woman. My niece calls me Ran because she can't actually say my proper name and the Woman came from my husband as a joke and I actually responded to him so it has stuck.

Hi there, my close friends usually call me by "tweet", "tweetums", "tweety" or "tweetybird"... well I am not a guy like tweetybird but it's my mom who first call me that pet name. She thinks that I am a little cute like tweetybird, but oops I don't have a big head like tweetybird and I am not color yellow like him. My boyfriend calls me "ube" (it is a violet colored root crops that like a potato, but it is sweeter and taster than any potatoes). He calls me that way because he thinks that I am sweet, and "ube" is his favorite food, and I am his favorite... violet is my favorite color too.. so the "ube" pet name really fits me.

You know what, I think I've never had a real nickname or petname. Some of my friends in high school called me "doll," but I don't think that counts. w

Yeahh mostly only variations of my name katelynn, but i get called kat, katie, and kitty, kit kat also. Your names are really cool though.
