Sometimes YES. Sometimes NO. If the place is not so crowded. And i really like the style and the quality.

usually yes. i try to find what i want at the lowest cost possible. sometimes, i would let go of something i really like just because it would not fit into my budget. but i think its the right way to go. thats the only way you can control your finances, otherwise you would just splurge and splurge and then be sad cause your finances would be running really low. i for one, have to manage on pocket money, which is very tight considering fuel expenses and stuff. after that, not much remains for me to splurge with...

My first stop in any store is always the clearance rack. I also tend to gift shop year round, if I find something I know someone will love, it shouldn't matter if I got it on sale.
I have never paid full price for holiday decorations, I window shop for them when they come out and make a mental list of what I want to pick up after the holiday when it goes on clearance.

I absolutely am a bargin shopper. I will compare shop and shop online to save money any time I can. This does not mean that I will not buy something that I need if it is not on sale but would much rather buy it and will buy extras on essentials when they are on sale. In today's world who doesn't want to save a dollar when possible.
