How to take chocolate without increasing body weight?

Well personally experienced it adds little weight for me. I do intake 20g of dairy milk that adds few calories in me.

I suggest dark chocolate. And if you can't avoid chocolates, just don't eat chocolates at night. Eat chocolates in the morning or afternoon where you can burn fat easily.

I think it's not the chocolate that increase body weight. It's more because of the sugar and milk. So I guess if we choose a sugarfree chocolate,or a dark instead of white chocolate, then it will not effect our weight..

Hi Josf. If you really want to enjoy chocolate, you can choose to find some sugar free chocolate. If not exercise might only the way you can reduce your weight. Haha I always eat a lot of chocolate but still slim, the secret is only exercise. Haha happy day for you ya.
