What can you say about Avril Lavigne's fashion style?

I am fond of the classics when it comes to fashion, the basic jeans, the basic white shirt, the black dress that will fit any accessory or occasion. But if given the chance, I would like to try out Avril Lavigne's punk rock look. I love the combination of clothes, the rock t-shirt, skirt, laced up boots or Converse shoes, an uber unique short skirt. So what do you think of her look.

Avril is very original and for me - she's one of the most successful young artists. She looks pretty amazing. Her image is a combination of rock, punk and typical teenager clothes style. It looks like this style is especially for her. I like her at all! Well, she's not in my tops but I really respect her career!

I think that Avril is a little too unique. I am like you and I like the basics...I typically think that a shirt and jeans is cute! While others have to get all dolled up. I think she throws way to much together. If you want to try something that is similar to her style why don't you go for this? A plain white or black shirt but it has a crazy/interesting design on it, jeans, converse, and a few accesories? It's still bold (converse and accessories are what you wanted) but not over board!
