I had this reoccuring dream wherein I was chased by somebody or was chasing somebody... I hate it when I dreamed of this... 'cause whenever I wake up, I feel more tired... Would anyone here know how to avoid this dream? or is somebody have the same dream as I am...? or anyone knows what causes this?...whew! thanks in advance...

i experienced the same too when i dreamed of a wild pig is running after me. the setting was in the forest where we had a company outing--camp out. it was so weird. i could not anymore recall all the details but what stuck on me was the chasing moments with the wild pig. i was in tears, sweaty and so tired when i woke up. some say that we are too occupied and stressed. we are always in a hurry, running after deadlines, deliverables and output that we forgot to take care of ourselves.

really...me, I always dream of someone chasing me, like wants to rob or kill me...or me chasing someone that I really hate/chasing for revenge, but the person is always unidentified...I know its a human, but what I do not know is who that was even the face, I dont recognize, even remember... I agree with that, I also think that the fact that we're occupied and stressed has something to do with this... thanks for the response...^___^

i am not good in dream analysis but as per my experience it's something that's work related or you're undergoing some processes and you seemed like wanting to end it up or rushing to find some answers. you feel frustrated once you failed and hated life???? so it can be associated with you chasing somebody, being angry and you being chased too.

Yeah just about everytime I wake up I still feel tired or groggy for a while but it usually go's away after a while. Nothing a shower won't take away so that's usually what I do when I need to wake up. Look at how goofy that dog looks!

I agree, that is usually the feeling after that dream and it really goes away, but its kinda annoying since you sleep to have some rest...hehehe...anyway, thanks for the response...god bless!

I have problem with my sleeping too. the only reason i can think now because i start to work at night, so I have to sleep at daytime. so even I have 8 hours sleeping time when I wake up I still feel tired. now I try my best to take rest if I can. so I reduce the time on line and other entertainment activities. if I can I want to switch to work at daytime so I can have night sleep. it's not easy anyway.
