Reincarnation ( Rebirth ) - Fact Or Fiction?

I don't really know whether it's true or not, If u have some proven examples please let me know.

I believe in reincarnation. Just because it makes sense. The trees have been here for so long, you look at them and there they are, with green tops and brown stems. And then you see humans, and they are almost transitory, dieing daily and fast. Humans have been here for so long, but their lifetimes are so short. For this I believe in reincarnation. It just makes sense. Peoples' personalities are so similar. Some people may have grown up somewhere else. Other people have psychic memories of past lifetimes. Also when you drink water I wonder if the water has past been first molecules of something else.

I am not here to prove or disprove if reincarnation exists as it is up to the Individual to make his/her own conclusions but there are some startling reports of know persons who claim they have tapped into their past lives. I myself have taken part in past life regression and believe I have existed before, but that is only my biased opinion drawn through my own personal conclusions.I like the idea of reincarnation because it makes more sense dealing with cause and effect but not limiting every thing to Karmic reactions as we have Divine Wisdom and other attributes as Compassion that can hep us alter our destinies and assist others to ‘wake up’ from their sleep also.In terms of actual personalities or identities staying intact through this transformation … well I’d like to believe it.
