mylot.com loads slow

This site loads comparatively slow than other sites. As a web developer, I also know the reason, because its using asp.net/iis for their site. asp.net sites have much more data,viewstate etc etc than other normal php based sites, for which they become slower. but they can be optimized . I want to attract the mylot authorities in this purpose. If they don't have any developer currently, they can get me

Mylot is perfectly working with me. It is not getting slow at all, compared to other site

may be ur internet is too slow or too fast that you can't experience the difference.

.aspx sites are used for high cost, corporate & high security sites. But as mylot as a forum, they actually, didn't need this. anyway, it sometimes depends on developers choice. it will be now more costly to connvert this to .php site. better to optimize it.

Yes! You notice it too! And here I thought I was the only one who was having that trouble. I don't know much about asp and phps, but yeah, Mylot should go with the better option. I was wondering why I could open up other sites easily while Mylot's pages would load for ages. I thought it was cos I was loading multiply Mylot pages at the same time. But when I tried just one page, it was still the same.
We should send a message to the Mylot administrators to get this fixed. I've just recently started posting on here again after almost half a year of hiatus...and I'm starting to realize why I left in the first place.

Yes, I agree with you. Compared to other sites, mylot loads very slow. But for me it's still very tolerable lol. I wish mylot admins can upgrade the systems to make it load faster. faster loading will make this site even more interesting, I suppose. Oh wish there is suggestions box here in mylot
