Is Pinoybux legit?

I have recently came up with a PTC site for Filipinos. I signed up but haven't earned yet. I have clicked the advertisements but it seems that they are not earning points. I wonder if this site is legit or not. Are there anyone here who are also members of this site? Please share us your experience.

I joined this site before but quit halfway. The reason is because the site closed and it has a message saying it has an indefinite time of being shut down. Yóu'd have to email the administrator to get your earnings back. I got tired of waiting so I just stopped patronizing it.
