Has anyone tried it here on myLot? I am reading some books about this subject right now, and it seems interesting to me. A lot of people are scared by the idea of losing money, but many rich people are making money with the stock market. I haven't tried anything yet, because I want to know more about it first. Do you think this is a good way, or should I just try to invest and gain some experience?

Hi, williamhg. I have never invested in the stock market. But, I would like to. My uncle is involved into this. I would like to get involved myself as well. I think that you should invest a small amount and see how it works out. It is also wise to go with one that you can give a small investment that brings back a larger return. And you can check with other people that have invested and have profited out of the stock market exchange. That is what I would do if I were in this situation. Learn as much as you possibly can about investing in the stock market. Good Luck!

Cool, maybe we can share some books about this. I'm really excited about this, and want to learn a lot, haven't tried anything yet but I will now. I think it's always a vuluable lesson if if you lose a lot of money (but I'm starting with a not so big amount, with money I can miss).

I have used the stock market and have won and lost on it, my advice which was given to me when I first played the market was. If you can afford to loose the money you put on the market then go for it, if you cannot afford to loose it then you shouldn't try the market.

I think that's a good advice, that way you can just try it and learn from it, gain some experience and knowledge. Is it not a way for you to increase money for ever in the long run?
