in my opinion a Saddam Hussein, why i am saying this i don't feel George w. bush
consider as a good leader .he is a very arrogant, he kills many peoples
including children in Iraq,Afghanistan.if he is good leader he can't do like this
so ,i feel he is a bad example of all.
he don't have that quality.

well looking from the outside as not american I don't think personally bush was a great president to be honest.
I dont have any reasons behind it just wasn't that impressed by him, he seemed to me to be too arrogant.
I do also think saddam was a powerful leader, but only because the people he ruled over allowed him to be.

I don't even want to consider dictators as good leader.
Leading a countrry by force, I would never say: "Oh yes he was skilled."
Yes, maybe dictators are very skilled when it comes to manipulating people, but as long as there are always many people who don't like their country representive, I won't say it's well done.
Since I am neither american nor Iraqui, I am not even able to say who was the better leader of them. That's because I don't really know a lot about those two...however I guess bush was better, since he wasn't a dictator.
Nethertheless I wouldn't want to celebrate one of them, and they are just part of the past. So maybe, thinking about this issue in a larger way would be wasted time, don't know.
On the other hand people have still enough time to discuss about Hitler every day, which sucks too.

Can I vote neither? I certainly can think of other US Presidents that I would consider as great before listing G.W. Bush. And as for Hussain, he was a powerful leader but lead through fear. There is no respect in that, the people of a country should want to back their leader not be forced into doing so.
