The Worse Gym In America!

aprildowling hi My experience at this gym had to do with rehabilitation of my artificial shoulder joint. they had' a new young woman who was going to further my rehab by these'manipulations of my bad arm. oh my G it hurt so bad as she moved my arm into impossible positions all the time telling me this was to loosen up the tight muscles. well maybe so but this was the most painful I had had since the first days of my broken shoulder. She was very new and I do think she really'did not know all of what she was doing. I was all for the rehab so I could use my left arm more but all she had accomplished was to leave me in severe pain. I was never so glad in my life when the day came that they said they had done all they could do for my shoulder as that was all my insurance would pay for. of course they also said if I wanted more it would cost me x dollars. no I had had enough but of course I did not say that.
