Hi. When I love someone, I love that person for whoever he/she is. I love him/her entirety, including his/her imperfections. With love, a deeper feeling and affection is involved.
When I like someone, I like him/her because of her good qualities or characteristics. For example, I like a person because of his/her beautiful looks or high self-confidence.

hey zahra.. when you love someone you just love him simply for no reason you just know that you do.. but if you like someone you might say that you like him because of his charm and good looks or something like that.. you might like someone coz of something that you see in them which made you like them.. you might not like them anymore when you discover something about them that doesnt suit your taste.. but if you love someone whether or not he has a bad quality you still accept him and put up with him because you love him best of luck to you..

Love is like an addiction,a feelings which makes you feel incomplete without him/her and you lack you hapiness & confidence without someone you love.but likeness is different and it causes inspiration and idealise your imagination about him/her like you get influenced ....

When I love somebody mostly they have great looks but also a great personality. When I like somebody it's mostly because of just their personality and not so much their looks. People say looks aren't important but I am afraid they are. A lot of beautiful people with big problems have managed to survive because of how they look like.
That's the difference for me in a nutshell.
