Bathing for bed or Showering for work, which do you usually do?

A lot of my foreign colleagues whilst working abroad preferred bathing or taking a shower at night. Where I come from, most people usually do it in the mornings. Though a niece did it at night as she didn't want to feel dirty in bed. She meant "dirty" in a literal sense. I preferred a bath at night when I can. But most everyday, I take a shower in the mornings. When it's too hot or too humid, I take another shower at night. It makes going to bed a little more exciting;)
