Gender Inequality in Emolopment of College Graduate.

All we know,some firms and enterprises don't employ females nowadays.these manifestations are often adverted in the Talent Fair. if you are a college graduate,you can go to the talent fair and many companies recruiters tell you that they only emply males.you probably think that the discrimination against femails is inequitable, but they have their arguments. the superintendents of the firms and enterprises think that females can't do what can be done by males only.because some jobs need large strength,females' force is often small.they can't finish the jobs well.except that,under normal cricumstances,more men than women's health,and males can spend more time and energy on work. in my opinion,some jobs don't adapt to famales, so these employers practice that they only employ males,which we can understand.but other firms and enterprises have the discrimination against females.so i hope that our conutry should perfect the legal of pratecting women's right to work.
