Today I left my phone at home. Am in the office without a phone.
Part of me feels handicapped. Part of me feels released.
It's inconvenient in the sense that I am not readily contactable.
If I were going to be late for lunch and my friend had already left her office, then I wouldn't be able to contact her. Good thing we were both on time.
It's liberating in the sense that no one can harass me. not telemarketeers, etc.
When was the last time you forgot to bring your phone along with you? How did you feel?

it was long ago. I feel handicapped too, as no one can be able to contact me. Good thing I don't have anywhere to go after work. I texted my father because i left my phone at home. He mentioned someone is calling me and texting me so I adviced him to just reply to that person that I left the phone at home and I will be back for their messages when I got home. Unfortunately all the calls and messages were related to my work. It is really inconvenient to leave phone at home. I learned my lesson to check my bags before leaving the house.

Last Sunday, when me and my son left for the church, I forgot to bring my phone...I felt empty handed, as I cannot text or call anyone if an emergency came along and if I needed or my son needed anything... I also have this one incident, wherein my phone is almost empty batt and I forgot to bring my charger with me...I almost feel like I have no phone at all...hehehe ^____^

Half a year ago? Well, I felt still was missing toward that trip. Because I wasn't able to recall any telephone number (other than my house phone's and my family's phone number). It's not inconvenient to me actually since most of the time, my phone don't even ring or have any message but I will be consistently thinking what if someone is looking for me? Thus my mobile phones has become one of the 3 key things that I will check before I step out of my house.

I still remembered that there was once I wanted to change to a new mobile phone, I spend like almost 1 hour to copy down the numbers on my old phone on paper. And till now, I still have yet to copy down the numbers into a mini phone book. I just hope that I won't need to do it but then again, out of the many telephone numbers, only 10 to 20 are those whom I really stayed in contact with or needs to contact them

Last friday, I only knew that i left my phone at home when i arrived in the office. I was worried that time because i know my sister will call me. When I arrived at home I have lot of messages and calls. It really a terrible day. I do believed now that friday is not my lucky day.

I have forgotten my phone within the last couple of weeks. My first thought is not that I care so much. The problem is that other family members come to expect that you will have it and be available. Sometimes a cell phone is so great, other times it can be a nuisance.

I mostly forget my phone... well, I dont really have much people to call me anyway.. so it won't bother me at all about phone thing. I never give my phone number when I buy anything, to avoid telemarketing.

So far, i'm quite lucky.. I have never lost nor forgot to bring my phone to anywhere i go.. lol =D Because i know the bad feeling of not having it with me, and thus i will take special notice of it.. lol =D
However, there are also times whereby i wish that i dun have my phone with me, when i just want some peace, instead of hearing it phone all day long.. hehe ^_^ Contradicting huh?? lol =D

i never forget because my cell phone is also my home phone. we got rid of our land line over a year ago because we need to cut down on expenses. so it has to go with me because when my son is in school or at a friend's house i need to be reachable. i am very good at not forgetting it.

the last time I did that was last week I think when I had to leave it home because I was charging it up. Other than that, I will not forget to put it in m purse, as it is the only phone I have since I don't have a land line. If I do forget my cell, and m son tries to get a hold of me, he kind of gets upset as he doesn't know if I am okay or not. So, unless I am chaging it, I will definitely try not to forget it as it is a part of my life and I can't be without it. Take care, and happy mylotting.

the last time i left my phone at home, i was to tense. i just feel incomplete without it. i felt like if i dont have my phone on me, i'd get into all sorts of problems, like a flat tire, running out of money, things like that, and without my phone, i wouldnt be able to contact anyone for help. so for this reason, everytime i leave the house i keep my phone with me, and if i forget it, then i go back to get it. i just feel nervous if i dont have my phone, or even if it is in another room from where i m sitting in... isnt this crazy?

The last time I forgot my phone at home or in the car would be like back when I was in college. It was really hard though because the day I forgot to bring it was the day I had to wait for my brother to pick me up. So I waited for like 4 hours not knowing if he was still picking me up. That got me worried big time.
Once in awhile it is good to not have any phone with you but of course its a big inconvenience on my part if I need to meet somebody or I need to tell somebody an important message.

I left my cellphone home about a week ago. I was on my to the supermarket when I realized that my cellphone wasn't in my wallet. I got nervous at first because I don't normally forget my cellphone at home. I felt great relief when I got home and saw my cellphone at my study table.
