My mom got deathly sick one years eating mincemeat so I stay clear as well. I didn't know anyone actually ate fruit cake. I thought it was just passed around from person to person. Haha

Dried fruits? Yah! And that it gets eaten before it is so old it tastes like cardboad. HaHa!

Well, getting about this time of yr. with Fall quickly approaching it is definately Pumpkin Pie. It is and will always be my favorite. I have a really hard time keeping from eating too much of one at any one time if you let me. My husband on the other hand is a Big time Apple pie lover, and will eat that any time of the yr.

Pumpkin pie with lots of fresh real whipped cream! Oh, ya! I have never been a big Apple pie fan unless it has alot of cinnamon in it. I also like strawberry and rhubard. Oh yum!

My mom loved peach pie when she was alive. I live strawberry-rhubarb myself! Love the sweet and sour flavor!

Hey celtic! I am not as big a pie lover as I am a cake and cookie
lover! But, I do like Pumpkie, coconut custard and sweet potatoe!
But, I would much rather have a nice chocolate cake or some holiday
cookies instead! I just never got into eating too much pie! I still
have an untouched sweet potatoe pie from Thanksgiving in my refrigerator!
So you can see how thrilled me and my boyfriend are about pies!

I wish I could say that! Now chocolate cake might give the pumpkin pie a run for his money. Sweet potatoes gross me out!

The generic is the traditional for me except the apple.

I am all about that Pumpkin pie too. It just doesn't feel right to have a huge festive meal without it. I was going to have Thanksgiving without it and my little one said very dismayed..."No pumpkin pie?" I thought for a second and said..of course there's going to be pumpkin pie. I bribed my b/f to go get us one..lol.

That is the only way I like pumpkin. I like the seeds roasted but that is all.

A restaurant here (Shari's) has a Northwest Three Berry Pie that I really like. It has blueberry, raspberry and blackberry I think in it. It is very good. I like it warmed with vanilla ice cream. Oh my!
