Why Abstract Painting so expensive? just like any paintings whether it is realism, and etc...paintings are expensive by nature. Because its worth based on how the artist value his/her artworks.You cannot understand abstract by just looking at it, look beyond the painting, ask who the person behind that abstract painting and you will find its beauty when you know the story behind the painting. Every painting has its story.

perhaps only those who buy these paintings can realize the ture value,so call it is the art,isn't it ?

I also don't understand the abstract drawing. In fact I don't think many people can understand this kind of painting:) I don't know why these paintings are so expensive. As I think any people can draw like that:) I love China
